This is the second book in the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas.Calaena has won the competition and has become the King's Champion. She now has to kill whoever the king tells her to and if she doesn't the King with kill her friends. In this book we get to know Dorian and the other characters more and magic becomes a bigger part in the series.
I thought this book was really good and the plot was very gripping. It was written really well and I loved that magic became a big part of it.
If you like books with action and magic, I would highly recommend this series!!!
